  • Word Processing…

Here are some simple tips on Word Processing. It’s a little basic , but hey, hopefully I can teach you something you don’t already know.

    • To change your writing to bold, find the black capital B on your page and click on it. Now whatever you write will be bold.
    • To change your writing to italic, find the slanted I on the screen and click it. It should be next to the B that make your writing bold. Now whatever you write will be in italic.
    • To get your writing underlined, click the underlined U next to the bold and italic tools. Now whatever you write will become underlined.
    • To  get your writing in point form,  find the little  icon with lines of writing with bullet points and click it. Now each time you press enter a new bullet point will appear.
    • To get your writing numbered, find the icon with numbered line of writing and click it. Now each time you click enter the next number will appear.
    • To get rid of bullet points, numbering, italic, bold or underlined writing simply click the button you click 1st again. The next time you write the specialty will be gone.
    • To change the colour of your writing, find the A with a slot of the colour your writing in on your screen. Click the arrow next to it and a display of all the colours you can choose from should appear. Click the colour you like and the writing should change to that colour.
    • To change the colour of your background, find the paint bucket icon and click the arrow next to it. A display of all the colours you can choose from should pop up. Choose the one you like and the background colour should change.
    • To change your writing to the centre, left  or right of the page, highlight the writing you wish to move. Then find the 4 blocks made of lines. Click the one you woud like. The left one will take your writing to the left, the middle one will take your writing to the centre and the right will take your writing the the right.

I’ll try and add some more soon, Despina.
